Social Distancing Policy

In order to make Colchester Physiotherapy as safe as possible our clinical environment has been designed with 2 metre social distancing in mind.

Much of a Physiotherapy session (such as taking your case history, analysing your movement, discussing your treatment plan) can be performed at a social distance. We have floor markers in place to help guide us and use bluetooth social distancing wrist bands to ensure that we maintain a social distance where necessary.

Of course there are also many aspects of a physiotherapy session that require us to operate within the 2 metre social distance or provide physical hands-on contact. PPE will always be used in these circumstances and we will never come within a 2 metre distance or make physical contact with a patient without their consent.
