Please note that hand washing facilities and hand sanitising gel are available within the clinic, we will also provide you with a mask if it is needed during your treatment. Please do not attend your appointment wearing gloves.

On arrival

• Please wait in you car with your mobile phone on. At the time of your appointment we will call you and invite you in to clinic.

• A reception area is available which you are welcome to use, however please maintain a social distance of 2m. Please keep your phone on and with you, at your appointment time we will call you and invite you in to clinic.

• Please do not enter (or attempt to enter) the clinic room until you have spoken to us on the phone - this enables us to perform a quick symptom screen before your appointment.

• We do this before every appointment. Please under no circumstances attempt to enter the clinic room unless you have spoken to us on the phone and we have advised you that it is ok to do so.

• Hand washing facilities and hand sanitising gel are available please use them as you enter the clinic room.

• The clinic room operates in a COVID secure manner where we maintain a 2m distance, this is clearly laid out and you will be guided how to maintain this at every appointment. You do not need to wear a mask whilst you are maintaining a 2m distance.

During your treatment session

• Where possible we will maintain operation within the COVID secure manner where we maintain a 2m distance.

• At times we may be required to work within 2m of you, for example when performing ‘hands on’ assessment or treatments. We will always ask your permission before doing so.

• Where we are required to work within 2m of you then PPE is required whereby:

  • You must wear a mask

  • Your therapist must wear: a mask, apron and gloves

If you are unable to wear a mask due to either a medical condition or do not wish to wear a mask due to personal preference/beliefs please notify us of this before your appointment so that we can accommodate this.
